DESCRIPTION

· The AT17N series FPGA Configuration EEPROM provides an easy-to-use, cost-effective memory solution for Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).
· Available in 8-lead PDIP, 8-lead SOIC, 20-lead SOIC, and 44-lead TQFP packages.
· Supports simple serial-access procedure to configure one or more FPGA devices.
· Programmable with industry-standard programmers, Atmel’s ATDH2200E Programming Kit, or ATDH2225 ISP Cable.

· EE Programmable serial memories ranging from 262,144 x 1-bit to 4,194,304 x 1-bit.
· Compatible with Xilinx Spartan-II, Spartan-IIE, and Spartan XL FPGAs in Master Serial Mode.
· Low-power CMOS EEPROM process with low-power standby mode.
· High reliability with a minimum of 10,000 write cycles and 20 years of data retention at 85°C.
· Available in 3.3V (±10%) commercial and industrial versions.
