DESCRIPTION

· The AT17N series FPGA Configuration EEPROM offers a user-friendly and cost-effective solution for storing configuration programs in Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs).

· Available in various package types including 8-lead PDIP, 8-lead SOIC, 20-lead SOIC, and 44-lead TQFP.

· Supports simple serial-access procedures for configuring one or more FPGA devices.

· Can be programmed using industry-standard programmers, Atmel’s ATDH2200E Programming Kit, or ATDH2225 ISP Cable.

· Supports memory densities from 262,144 x 1-bit to 4,194,304 x 1-bit.

· Operates at 3.3V (±10%) and is available in both commercial and industrial versions.

· Pin-compatible with Xilinx® XC17SXXXA and XC17SXXXXL PROMs.
