· The AT42QT4160 is a QField™ 10-bit Touchscreen Sensor IC designed for touchscreen applications.
FEATURES
· Supports up to 4.8 inches diagonal screen size.
· Utilizes patented spread-spectrum charge-transfer technology.
· Compatible with various panel materials including plastic, glass, and composites.
· Works with grounded metal adjacent to sensing channels.
· Supports panel thickness of 1 to 2 mm glass and 0.5 to 1.5 mm plastic.
· I2C-compatible interface with 100 kHz or 400 kHz options.
· Exceptional moisture tolerance.
· Operates at 1.8V to 5.5V (2.5V to 5.5V in high-speed mode).
· Available in a 32-pin 5 x 5 mm MLF RoHS compliant package.
· Features self-calibration, auto drift compensation, and noise filtering.
