DESCRIPTION

· The Atmel ATA6832C is a high-temperature triple half-bridge driver with SPI and PWM capabilities, designed for robust automotive and industrial applications.



FEATURES

· Supports supply voltage up to 40V.

· RDSon typically 0.8 Ω at 25°C, maximum 1.8 Ω at 200°C.

· Delivers up to 1.0A output current.

· Features three half-bridge outputs with high-side and low-side drivers.

· Capable of switching various loads including DC motors, bulbs, resistors, capacitors, and inductors.

· PWM capability up to 25kHz for each high-side output controlled by external PWM signal.

· Includes shoot-through current prevention and short-circuit protection.

· Offers selective overtemperature protection and prewarning.

· Equipped with undervoltage protection.

· Provides diagnostic functions for shorted output, open load, overtemperature, and power-supply fail detection.

· Features a serial data interface, Daisy Chain capable, with up to 2MHz clock frequency.

· Comes in a QFN18 package.
