DESCRIPTION



· The 9317B-AUTO-06/14 is a battery measurement, supply, and monitoring IC designed for Li-ion and NiMH battery systems in Electric (EV) and Hybrid Electrical (HEV) Vehicles. It features a cost-efficient solution using 30V CMOS technology and supports reliable communication between stacked ICs with level shifters and checksum monitoring. The IC is daisy-chainable, with each IC monitoring up to 6 battery cells, and supports up to 16 ICs (96 cells) per string with no limit on the number of strings. It comes in a QFN48 7mm × 7mm package.
