· The Atmel ATF16V8C is a high-performance EECMOS programmable logic device (PLD) using Atmel's proven electrically-erasable (EE) Flash memory technology.

· It offers speeds down to 5ns and a 100μA pin-controlled power-down mode.

· The device supports industrial and commercial temperature ranges with specified voltage tolerances.

· It can directly replace the 16R8 family and most 20-pin combinatorial PLDs, supporting complex logic functions with three automatically configured operation modes.
