DESCRIPTION

· The AWRL6432 is a single-chip 57-64GHz automotive radar sensor with an integrated FMCW transceiver, Arm M4F core, and TI Radar Hardware Accelerator.

· It supports multiple low-power modes, built-in calibration, and self-test features, making it suitable for functional safety applications up to ASIL-B.

· The device comes in a FCCSP package with a 12x12 BGA grid and is AEC Q-100 qualified.
