Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The AZV321 is a single low-voltage (2.7V to 5.5V) operational amplifier with rail-to-rail output swing capability.

· It features a BiCMOS process with bipolar input and output stages for improved noise performance, low input offset, and higher output current drive.

· Available in SC-70-5 and SOT-23-5 packages, the SC-70-5 is approximately half the size of SOT-23-5, saving space on PC boards and enabling closer placement to signal sources for reduced noise pickup and increased signal integrity.

· Note: The AZV321 is obsolete; use the LMV321 instead.

· Industrial temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.

· Low supply current: 130µA.

· Rail-to-rail output swing under 10kΩ load: VOH up to VCC-10mV, VOL near to VEE+65mV.

· Input common-mode voltage range: -0.1V to VCC-0.8V.

· Suitable for automotive applications with specific change control requirements.
