· The B-2T / B-2 Series Power Modules by Sensata Technologies are designed for versatile power applications, offering up to 15 kW output for both AC and DC variable voltage systems.

FEATURES

· Offers a selection of 5 circuits to cater to different power needs.
· Capable of handling a maximum DC output current of 42.5 A at 85°C.
· Features a maximum voltage drop of 1.65 V at 25 A.
· Operates within a junction temperature range of -40 to 125°C.
· Supports a critical rate of rise of on-state current at 100 A/µs and off-state voltage at 500 V/µs.
· Accommodates AC line input voltages up to 480 VRMS with a non-repetitive surge current of up to 600 A.
· Requires a minimum gate current of 60 mA and gate voltage of 2.5 V for triggering.
· Ensures safety with an isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms.
