DESCRIPTION

· The BA6566, BA6566F, and BA6566FP are speech network ICs designed for handset communications.

· They amplify signals from a transmitter to a telephone line and reception signals from a telephone line to drive the receiver.

· These ICs compensate for volume fluctuations in transmitted and received signals caused by telephone line length using AGC.

FEATURES

· Accommodates both dynamic and piezoelectric receivers by adjusting circuit constants for a wide dynamic reception range.

· Incorporates Automatic Gain Control (AGC) based on telephone line current to meet communication standards.

· Minimizes erroneous operation from high-frequency electrical wave interference.

· Utilizes an HSOP package, eliminating the need for an attached transistor for heat dissipation, allowing a common circuit with DIP package (BA6566FP).
