DESCRIPTION

· The BA7622F and BA7623F are video driver ICs designed for video equipment, featuring three built-in circuits.

· BA7622F includes two sync-tip clamp inputs and one bias input, terminated by internal 20 kΩ resistances.

· BA7623F supports direct DC coupling mode for output pins.

· Each output can drive 2 lines of load (75 Ωx2), suitable for 2Vpp output type signal processing LSI and DAC.

FEATURES

· Common: Each output can drive 2 lines; operable at Vcc=4.5 V.

· BA7622F: Large output dynamic range (3.3 Vpp at Vcc=5 V); includes 2 clamp input circuits and 1 bias input circuit; capable of driving Y signal, C signal, and composite video signal simultaneously.

· BA7623F: Wide output dynamic range (3.3 Vpp at Vcc=5 V); can be directly connected to the previous stage circuit.
