DESCRIPTION

· Single channel high side switch IC for USB port with over current protection.

· Incorporates N-channel power MOSFET with low on resistance and low supply current.

· Built-in features include over current detection, thermal shutdown, under voltage lockout, and soft start circuit.

FEATURES

· Low on resistance of 80mΩ Nch MOSFET Switch.

· Continuous current load of 0.25A.

· Control input logic: Active-Low for BD2045AFJ and Active-High for BD2055AFJ.

· Includes soft start circuit, over current detection, thermal shutdown, and under voltage lockout.

· Open drain error flag output and reverse-current protection when power switch is off.

· Power supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V.

· TTL Enable input, 1.2ms typical rise time, and 10μA max standby current.

· Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
