FEATURES
· High transition frequency (fT) of 1.0 to 1.3 GHz.
· Low noise figure of 4.5 dB.
· Low intermodulation distortion of -45 dB.
· Available in two variants: BFS17L and BFS17H with different hFE ranges.
· Suitable for operation in a wide temperature range from -55°C to +150°C.
