DESCRIPTION

· The BR25Lxxx-W series is a serial EEPROM utilizing the SPI BUS interface method.

· Designed as a silicon monolithic integrated circuit, it is not protected against radioactive rays.



FEATURES

· High-speed clock operation up to 5MHz.

· Features a wait function via the HOLD terminal.

· Allows setting part or all of the memory array as read-only.

· Operates on a single power source from 1.8V to 5.5V, ideal for battery use.

· Includes a page write mode for initial value writing at factory shipment.

· Ensures highly reliable connections with Au pad and Au wire.

· Supports SPI bus interface configurations (CPOL, CPHA) = (0, 0), (1, 1).

· Features auto erase and auto end functions during data rewrite.

· Low current consumption: 1.5mA (write), 1.0mA (read), 0.1 μA (standby).

· Address auto increment function during read operations.

· Comprehensive write mistake prevention mechanisms.

· Data retention guaranteed for 40 years with up to 1,000,000 rewrite cycles.
