DESCRIPTION
· BR600 - BR610 series silicon bridge rectifiers with PRV ranging from 50 to 1000 Volts and Io of 6.0 Amperes.

APPLICATIONS
· Suitable for single-phase, half-wave, 60 Hz, resistive or inductive loads.
· For capacitive loads, derate current by 20%.
· Operates within a junction temperature range of -40 to +150 °C.
· Storage temperature range also from -40 to +150 °C.
· Thermal resistance from junction to case is 8.0 °C/W when mounted on a specified heatsink.
