DESCRIPTION

· The BridgeSwitch™ family simplifies high-voltage inverter-driven 1 or 3-phase PM or BLDC motor drives.

· It integrates two high-voltage N-channel power FREDFETs with low and high-side drivers in a compact InSOP-24C package.

· Self-supplied drivers eliminate the need for an external auxiliary power supply.

· Provides instantaneous phase current output for sensor-less control schemes.

· Offers internal fault protection and external system level monitoring.
