· Integrates two high-voltage N-channel power FREDFETs with low/high-side drivers in a compact InSOP-24C package.

· Features ultra-soft and ultrafast diodes for hard-switched inverter drives.

· Self-supplied drivers eliminate the need for an external auxiliary power supply.

· Provides instantaneous phase current output for sensor-less control schemes.

· Offers internal fault protection and external system-level monitoring.
