DESCRIPTION

· The BTFC Series is a highly integrated time and frequency synchronizing module designed for applications requiring locking to an incoming 1PPS reference signal.

· It supports high-stability frequency references for wireless systems, IEEE 1588v2, and applications using a 1PPS frequency source for precision time and frequency generation.

· The module outputs a 1PPS signal and a digitally synthesized 3.3V LVCMOS clock output, with frequencies ranging from 152Hz to 80 MHz.

· It can generate up to 2 additional clean clock outputs at various frequencies from 160MHz to less than 1KHz, all phase and frequency locked to the incoming 1PPS reference signal.



FEATURES

· Accepts 1 PPS Reference input with Locked and Holdover indication.

· Generates "Any Frequency" from 152 Hz to 80MHz and provides 1 PPS & NCO Frequency Output.

· Features 1PPS Auto-detect and automatic entry into holdover.

· Operates on a 3.3VDC Supply Voltage and includes 2 clean low phase noise clock outputs.

· Output frequencies range from 10 Hz to 160 MHz, with a TCXO Master Clock ensuring phase and frequency locked outputs.

· Designed for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with an OEM SM footprint of 21x14 mm and RoHS compliance.



APPLICATIONS

· Ideal for high-stability frequency references in wireless systems and IEEE 1588v2 applications.

· Suitable for systems requiring long-term precision time and frequency generation using a 1PPS frequency source.

· The -CC module option, with an onboard TCXO compensated for thermal instability to less than +/- 5ppb, is particularly useful for maintaining system master clock discipline and holdover performance during loss of the 1PPS reference signal.
