DESCRIPTION
· The BU2630F/BU2630FV is a CMOS LSI with an internal dual PLL synthesizer. It allows independent control of VCOs for transmission and reception, and separate programming of reference frequency and main counter settings. Designed for global cordless telephones and communication equipment.

· Operates up to 80MHz (VDD = 2.5).
· Low current dissipation: Dual-system 2.2mA, Single-system 1.2mA, Non-operating 0.2mA (VDD = 3V).
· 16-bit main counter.
· Internal 14-bit reference frequency counter.
· Unlock detection capability.
· Four open drain output ports.
· Controlled via 3-wire serial input.
