· C0G dielectric offers a maximum operating temperature of 125°C and is classified as a Class I material by the EIA.
· Exhibits no capacitance change over time and voltage, with minimal change across temperatures from -55°C to +125°C.
· Capacitance change is limited to ±30 ppm/ºC, ensuring stability in various environmental conditions.
· Meets AEC-Q200 qualification requirements, making it suitable for automotive applications.
