FEATURES

· C0G dielectric offers a maximum operating temperature of 125°C and is classified as a Class I material by the EIA.

· Capacitance remains stable over time and voltage, with a minimal change of ±30 ppm/°C from −55°C to +125°C.

· Automotive grade array capacitors meet AEC-Q200 qualification requirements.

· Available in 10 – 200 VDC ratings for both commercial and automotive applications.
