FEATURES

· Utilizes C0G dielectric with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, characterized as a Class I material by the EIA.

· Features Flexible Termination technology to mitigate flex cracks, enhancing reliability by inhibiting the transfer of board stress to the MLCC.

· Capacitance change is limited to ±30 ppm/°C from −55°C to +125°C, ensuring stability with respect to time, voltage, and ambient temperature.

· Meets AEC-Q200 qualification requirements for automotive applications.
