· The CD2320-B1200~B11000 is a surface mount bridge rectifier diode designed for rectification applications.

· It is available in a compact chip package of 2320 size format, offering PCB real estate savings.

· The device supports a forward current of 1 A with repetitive peak reverse voltages ranging from 200 V to 1000 V.

· It is currently available but not recommended for new designs; the Bourns® Model CD-MBL1xxS Series is preferred.
