· Suitable for SMT process, compliant with AEC-Q200 and RoHS standards.

FEATURES

· Capacitance tolerance of ±20% at 120Hz, 20℃.

· Operating temperature range from –40℃ to +125℃.

· Rated voltage range from 16 to 50VDC with capacitance range from 33 to 330μF.

· Leakage current I≦ 0.01CV or 3µA, whichever is greater, measured after 2 minutes at rated voltage.

· Low temperature stability with impedance ratio Z(-40℃)/Z(20℃) and Z(-25℃)/Z(20℃).

· Dissipation factor (tan δ) measured at 120Hz, 20℃, with maximum values specified per voltage.

· Load life of 5000 hours at 125℃ with rated voltage applied, ensuring capacitance change within ±30% and tan δ within 300% of initial value.

· Shelf life with capacitance change within ±30% of initial value.

· Frequency coefficient of permissible ripple current varies with frequency, affecting capacitor endurance.
