DESCRIPTION
· The 6th Generation NX-Series Choppers are packaged in the new NX-S package.
· They are low loss modules using 6th Generation Carrier Stored Trench-Gate Bipolar Transistor (CSTBT) silicon for superior performance.
· The chopper diode is externally connected, allowing operation in either buck or boost configuration.

· Maximum junction temperature (Tjmax) of 175°C for higher operating temperature.
· Approximately 20% reduction in overall losses compared to the 5th Generation CSTBT for high efficiency.
