DESCRIPTION
· The CMCP-DVS is a single-channel microprocessor-controlled vibration switch with two programmable alarm levels and associated relays.
· It features a 4-digit 0.5" high red LED display, available in English or Metric units, and is designed to prevent catastrophic machinery failure by shutting down the machine during excessive vibration.
· It includes a 100 mv/g IEPE accelerometer for signal conversion to True RMS Velocity and offers programmable alarm time delays from 0 to 99 seconds.
FEATURES
· Programmable with a frequency range of 2-2,000 Hz and two levels of alarm (Alert and Danger).
· Daylight visible red LED display and 5 Amp, 230VAC rated relays.
· Adjustable time delay, internal IEPE accelerometer, and True RMS Velocity measurement.
· Approved for FM Class I Division 1 and ATEX/IECEx Ex db, housed in IP68 rated enclosure.
