DESCRIPTION

· The CMCP-DVS-EX is a single-channel, microprocessor-controlled digital vibration switch with two programmable alarm levels and associated relays.

· It features a 4-digit, 0.5" high red LED display with alarm indicators, available in English or Metric units.

· Standard setup includes 0–1.0 in/sec (0–25.4 mm/s), non-latching, and a 3-second delay.

· It uses a 100 mV/g IEPE accelerometer to convert signals to True RMS velocity, designed to prevent catastrophic machinery failure by shutting down excessive vibration.

FEATURES

· Programmable with a frequency range of 2-2,000 Hz.

· Two levels of alarm (Alert and Danger) with daylight-visible red LED display.

· 5 Amp, 230VAC rated relays and adjustable time delay (0 to 99 seconds).

· Internal IEPE accelerometer and True RMS velocity measurement.

· FM Class I Division 1 and ATEX/IECEx Ex db approved, with IP68 housing.
