DESCRIPTION

· CNB1302 is an ultraminiature, thin reflective photosensor with dimensions of 2.7 × 3.4 mm and a height of 1.5 mm.

· It integrates a high-efficiency GaAs infrared light-emitting diode with a high-sensitivity Si phototransistor in a single resin package.

· The package uses visible light cutoff resin for enhanced performance.

FEATURES

· Fast response time: tr, tf = 20µs (typical).

· Easy interface for control circuit integration.

· Input power derating ratio: 1.0 mW/˚C at Ta ≥ 25˚C.

· Output power derating ratio: 0.67 mW/˚C at Ta ≥ 25˚C.

· Collector current ranges from 90 to 880 µA under specified conditions.
