DESCRIPTION

· VS1053b is a single-chip audio decoder supporting Ogg Vorbis, MP3, AAC, WMA, and MIDI formats, and an IMA ADPCM and user-loadable Ogg Vorbis encoder.
· It features a high-performance, proprietary low-power DSP processor core VS DSP4, with 16 KiB instruction RAM and 0.5+ KiB data RAM for user applications.
· Includes a high-quality variable-sample-rate stereo ADC and DAC, followed by an earphone amplifier and a common voltage buffer.
· Supports serial control and input data interfaces, up to 8 GPIO pins, and a UART for debugging.
· Can be used as a slave co-processor and supports SPI flash boot for special applications.
