DESCRIPTION
· 100V Diode Bridge with integrated Over-Voltage Protection (OVP) thyristor.
· Utilizes IXYS Integrated Circuits Division's High Voltage SOI technology.
· Offers protection from high voltage transients via an adjustable voltage clamp.
· Clamp limits voltage across diode bridge rectified outputs and discharges V+ to V- outputs when Gate’s trigger threshold is exceeded.
· Voltage fold-back function of OVP device discharges rectified outputs until current falls below hold current threshold.
· Terminating gate to V- disables clamp voltage feature up to thyristor’s off state voltage.
