DESCRIPTION

· The CS61884 is a full-featured octal E1/T1/J1 short-haul LIU supporting 1.544 Mbps or 2.048 Mbps data transmission.

· Each channel features crystal-less jitter attenuation and internal AMI/B8ZS/HDB3 encoding/decoding.

· Channel zero supports G.772 non-intrusive monitoring for enhanced system diagnostics.

· Ultra-low-power, matched-impedance transmitters and receivers reduce power consumption and improve return loss characteristics.

· Internal line matching circuitry minimizes external component count.

· Transmitters have independent power down and High-Z controls.

· Receivers provide reliable data recovery with over 12 dB cable attenuation and LOS detection.
