DESCRIPTION
· The CTSLV310 is a configurable LVPECL, LVDS buffer & translator IC optimized for ultra-low phase noise and 2.5V-3.3V supply voltage.
· It converts crystal or SAW based oscillators into LVPECL and LVDS outputs for up to 1GHz bandwidth.
· For designs requiring gain in the signal path, refer to the CTSLV315.
· The IC offers 8 configurations determined by the static voltage levels of b-0 and b-1, providing flexibility in output type, enable polarity, and division function.
FEATURES
· Operates at 2.5V-3.3V.
· Ultra-low phase noise floor: LVPECL -167dBc/Hz, LVDS -165dBc/Hz.
· Configurable options: LVPECL or LVDS output, ÷1 or ÷2, enable active high or low.
· Supports 1GHz+ bandwidth.
· RoHS compliant Pb-free packages.
