DESCRIPTION

· The CY2X013 is a high-performance, high-frequency crystal oscillator (XO) utilizing a proprietary low-noise PLL for frequency synthesis from an integrated crystal. It is available in factory-configured or field-programmable versions, with factory configurations tailored for general or specific customer applications.

FEATURES

· Low jitter crystal oscillator with less than 1 ps RMS phase jitter.
· LVDS output supporting frequencies from 50 MHz to 690 MHz.
· Integrated PLL and options for output enable or power-down functions.
· Operates at supply voltages of 3.3 V or 2.5 V.
