Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The CY7C419, CY7C421, CY7C425, CY7C429, and CY7C433 are asynchronous FIFO memories with capacities of 256x9, 512x9, 1Kx9, 2Kx9, and 4Kx9 respectively.

· These FIFOs are dual-ported RAM cells designed for high-speed data transfer at 50.0 MHz, independent of depth or width.

· They feature Full and Empty flags to prevent data overrun and underrun, and a Half Full flag in standalone mode.

· The devices support retransmit functionality and are expandable in width and depth without reducing throughput.

· Available in various packages including PLCC, TQFP, SOJ, and DIP, with Pb-Free options.



FEATURES

· High-speed operation up to 50.0 MHz for both read and write operations.

· Low operating power consumption with ICC = 35 mA.

· TTL compatible inputs and outputs.

· Input ESD protection exceeding 2000V and latch-up prevention through advanced CMOS technology.

· Pin and functional compatibility with IDT7200 series and AM7200 series FIFOs.
