DESCRIPTION

· The CY7C419/21/25/29/33 series are asynchronous FIFO buffer memories with capacities ranging from 256x9 to 4Kx9.

· These devices feature dual-ported RAM cells and support high-speed read/write operations up to 50.0 MHz.

· They are available in various package types including PLCC, TQFP, SOJ, and DIP.

· The FIFOs are designed to prevent data overrun and underrun with Full and Empty flags, and include a Half Full flag in standalone mode.
