DESCRIPTION

· The Cypress EZ-USB TX2™ is a USB 2.0 transceiver compliant with UTMI specification version 1.05.

· It provides a high-speed physical layer interface for USB 2.0, operating at 480 Mbits/second (HS) and 12 Mbits/second (FS).

· The device supports serial-to-parallel and parallel-to-serial conversions with 8-bit or 16-bit bidirectional external data interfaces.

· It is available in 56-pin SSOP and 56-pin QFN packages.

FEATURES

· UTMI-compliant and USB 2.0-certified for device operation.

· Supports both USB 2.0 high-speed (480 Mbits/second) and full-speed (12 Mbits/second) modes.
