· The CYTT21XXX series is a TrueTouch® Multi-Touch All-Points Touchscreen Controller designed for capacitive touchscreens.

· It features a 32-bit ARM® Cortex™ CPU and supports up to 36 I/Os.

· The controller is register-configurable and includes advanced noise-suppression technologies.

· Multi-touch support with up to ten fingers, including thin and thick glove modes.

· Advanced noise immunity with ChargerArmor™ and display synchronization.

· Water rejection and wet-finger tracking using DualSense™ technology.

· Low-power look-for-touch mode and field upgrades via bootloader.

· Supports screen sizes up to 5.0-inch diagonal with a 4.8-mm sensor pitch.

· High refresh rate up to 300 Hz and TX frequency up to 500 kHz.

· Power-efficient with 4-mW average power and 5.7-μW deep-sleep power.

APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for various touchscreen sensors and stackups including Manhattan, diamond, SLIM®, and Totem-pole patterns.

· Compatible with LCD, AMOLED, and IPS displays.

· Supports single-layer flexible printed circuit (FPC) routing.

· Communication interfaces include I2C and SPI.

· Available in 44-pin and 48-pin QFN packages.
