DESCRIPTION
· The DF100LA/LB is a three-phase full-wave rectification diode module designed for high-power applications.
· It features six diodes connected in a three-phase bridge configuration, ensuring efficient rectification.
· The module's mounting base is electrically isolated from semiconductor elements, simplifying heatsink construction.

· Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1600V for the DF100LA/LB160 variant.
· Output DC current of 100A at a case temperature (Tc) of 90°C.
· Surge forward current capability of 1186/1300A for 1/2 cycle at 50/60Hz.
· Operating junction temperature range from -40°C to +150°C.
· Isolation breakdown voltage of 2500V AC for 1 minute.
