DESCRIPTION
· The DF100LA/LB is a three-phase bridge rectifier module designed for high-power applications.
· It consists of six diodes configured in a three-phase bridge setup.
· The module features an electrically isolated mounting base for simplified heatsink assembly.

· Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage: 1600V (DF100LA/LB160).
· DC output current: 100A at Tc=90°C.
· Operating junction temperature range: -40°C to 150°C.
· Isolation breakdown voltage: 2500V AC for 1 minute.
· Mounting torque: 1.5-2.5 N·m (15-25 kgf·cm).
