DESCRIPTION
· The DF50BA40/80 is a three-phase bridge-type power diode module designed for full-wave rectification.
· It consists of six diodes configured in a three-phase bridge arrangement.
· The module features an electrically isolated mounting base for simplified heatsink construction.
· It supports a DC output current of 50A at a case temperature of 114°C.
· The module can handle a repetitive peak reverse voltage of up to 800V.
· The maximum junction temperature is 150°C.
