DESCRIPTION

· The DG540, DG541, DG542 are high-performance monolithic wideband/video switches designed for RF, video, and digital signal switching.
· They utilize a "T" switch configuration for low crosstalk and high off-isolation.
· DG540 enhances performance with additional GND pins between signal pins.
· Built on Vishay Siliconix's proprietary D/CMOS process for TTL compatibility, low channel capacitances, and fast switching.
· Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on.
