DESCRIPTION

· The DG540, DG541, and DG542 are high-performance monolithic wideband/video switches designed for RF, video, and digital signal switching.

· These devices utilize a "T" switch configuration to achieve exceptionally low crosstalk and high off-isolation.

· The DG540 further improves crosstalk and off-isolation with additional GND pins between signal pins.

· Built on Vishay Siliconix's proprietary D/CMOS process, the switches are TTL compatible, have low channel capacitances, and offer fast switching times.

· Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on.
