DESCRIPTION

· The DG884 is an 8 x 4 crosspoint array with 32 T-switches, allowing any IN/OUT pin to function as input or output.
· Built on a proprietary D/CMOS process, it combines low capacitance DMOS FETs with low power CMOS control logic.
· Features low on-resistance and on-capacitance, ideal for video and wideband signal routing.
· Includes control logic, decode logic, switch drivers, and latches for efficient signal management.
· Supports parallel connection of multiple DG884s for larger switch arrays.

FEATURES

· Routes any input to any output with a wide bandwidth of 300 MHz.
· Low crosstalk of -85 dB at 5 MHz and low on-resistance of 45 Ω.
