DESCRIPTION

· The DRV5057 is a linear Hall effect sensor that responds proportionally to magnetic flux density, suitable for accurate position sensing in various applications.
· It operates from 3.3-V or 5-V power supplies and produces a 50% duty cycle clock output in the absence of a magnetic field.
· The output duty cycle changes linearly with applied magnetic flux density, with four sensitivity options to maximize dynamic range.
· It features a 2 kHz PWM carrier frequency and senses magnetic flux perpendicular to the package top.
· The device includes magnet temperature compensation for linear performance across a wide temperature range (-40°C to +125°C).
