DESCRIPTION
· Current regulating diodes (CRDs) maintain a constant current flow despite voltage fluctuations.
· CRDs supply constant current over a wide range of voltage from less than 1V to 100V.
· SEMITEC CRDs require only one part to accomplish the function of a constant current circuit.

· Rated power: 300 mW (E series) and 500 mW (S series).
· Rated voltage: 100 V (E-101 to E-562, S-101 to S-562) and 50 V (E-822 to E183, S-822 to S-223).
· Operating temperature range: -30 to 150 ℃ (E series) and -40 to 150 ℃ (S series).
· Junction temperature: 150 ℃.
· Allowable reverse current: 50 mA.
