DESCRIPTION

· Current Regulating Diodes (CRDs) maintain constant current flow despite voltage fluctuations.

· CRDs supply constant current over a wide range of voltages from less than 1V to 100V.

· SEMITEC CRDs require only one component to create a constant current circuit.

· Constant current regardless of voltage fluctuations, load resistance changes, and ripple voltage.

· Available in both leaded (E series) and SMD (S series) types.

· Rated power: 300 mW (E series) and 500 mW (S series).
