DESCRIPTION
· The L6221 is a monolithic quad Darlington switch designed for high current and high voltage switching applications.
· Each of the four switches is controlled by a logic input, with all four switches also controlled by a common enable input.
· The switch includes an open-collector Darlington transistor and a fast diode for inductive device loads.
· The emitters of the four switches are commoned, allowing any number of inputs and outputs to be paralleled.

· Output current up to 1.8 A.
· Very low saturation voltage.
