DESCRIPTION
· ECS-P8F3X/P8F5X are programmable SMD clock oscillators with PLL technology.
· Available in +3.3V (ECS-P8F3X) and +5.0V (ECS-P8F5X) versions.
· Designed with low voltage HCMOS and industry-standard footprint.
· RoHS compliant for environmental safety.
FEATURES
· Frequency range: 1.000 MHz to 125.00 MHz (ECS-P8F3X) and 1.000 MHz to 150.00 MHz (ECS-P8F5X).
· Frequency stability options: ±100 PPM (Option A) and ±50 PPM (Option B).
· Operating temperature: Standard (-10°C to +70°C) and Extended (-40°C to +85°C).
· Supply voltage range: +2.97V to +3.63V (ECS-P8F3X) and +4.5V to +5.5V (ECS-P8F5X).
· Low jitter: ±100 pS p-p (1.0 ~ 33.0 MHz) and ±50 pS p-p (> 33.1 MHz).
· Fast enable/disable time: 150 ns (ECS-P8F3X) and 100 ns (ECS-P8F5X).
