DESCRIPTION
· The epc70x family is a general-purpose low-side power switch designed for 24V interfaces.
· It can drive a load of 50mA at 30VDC without requiring an external transistor.
· For higher current or voltage requirements, it can drive an external power transistor with over-current protection.
· Features a self-healing mechanism where the output is turned off during over-current and reactivated after a predefined off-time.
· Over-current status is indicated on the STATUS pin.
· Available in a compact CSP6 package, minimizing PCB space and cost.

· Low-side power switch with a driving capability of 50mA/30VDC.
· Programmable short-circuit detection delay-time and recovery time.
· Static (epc700) or flashing (epc702) indication of over-current status.
