DESCRIPTION
· EPC Space's FBS-GAM01-P-C100 is a single low-side power driver development module using GaN technology.
· Integrates eGaN® HEMT switch, Schottky diode, and high-speed gate drive circuitry.
· Features VBIAS over-voltage protection and under-voltage driver disable.
· Compact 9-pin SMT package for engineering development.

· Operates at 100 VDC/12 A (200 VDC capable).
· Includes 200 VDC eGaN® HEMT and Schottky diode.
· High-speed switching up to 3.0 MHz with 30 ns transition times.
· Compact size: 0.750 x 0.380 x 0.125 inches.
· Temperature range: -40ºC to +85ºC.
